Terms of Sale

All products on this website are sold by Cody Wood, doing business as Cody Wood Athletics (“we,” “us”), Marble Hill, Georgia · codyreidwood@gmail.com. We design, manufacture, and ship the training handles sold here. Apparel and merchandise are printed and shipped on our behalf by our print-on-demand provider.

This website is developed and hosted by Kelley Creations LLC as a technology vendor. Kelley Creations LLC is not a party to any sale, does not manufacture, inspect, or ship any product, and is not responsible for any product or its use.

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we ship it. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments — we never see your full card details. Sales tax is charged where required.

Handles are made to order and ship from Marble Hill, Georgia within approximately 1–3 business days, depending on order volume. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

If you do not like your product, or there is a defect with it, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refunded. Contact us at codyreidwood@gmail.com to start a return.

Our handles are strength-training equipment for adults. Armwrestling and grip training place high loads on the hands, wrists, forearms, and elbows. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge that training with them involves an inherent risk of injury, that you are responsible for using them correctly and within your own limits, and that you assume that risk. Read and follow the Product Use & Safety page before use. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, and stop immediately if you feel pain.

Except as expressly stated above, products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are 3D-printed; minor cosmetic variation is normal and not a defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the price you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
